Detroit-born artist, model, and social-media sensation better known by their Instagram handle @uglworldwide, JAZZELLE quickly became a fixture in the Chicago LGBTQIA+ nightlife scene by doing drag and performance art at clubs around the city. After shaving their head, Jazzelle was discovered by Nick Knight through Instagram, leading to an exclusive shoot with Comme Des Garcon by Rei Kawakubo for Another Magazine. This opportunity catapulted Jazzelle into the spotlight, leading them to being signed to agencies worldwide.
