VIOLETTA KOMYSHAN is a New York City-based professional dancer who uses her 17 years of training and experience in other fields of collaborative work. Born in Toronto to a Ukrainian mother and growing up in New York City, Violetta engaged with various types of dance (Ballet, modern, contemporary), stage/theatre, aerial arts and modeling from a young age. She has since traveled all around America and the globe to perform, most recently landing in Bern, Switzerland, Sao Paolo, Brazil, Tokyo, Japan and Paris, France. Violetta has also graced stages at the Guggenheim Museum, Whitney Museum, the Noguchi Museum and Art Basel Miami. Through utilizing her skillset, she has also had the opportunity to partner with brands such as Salvatore Ferragamo, Marc Jacobs and Marc Jacobs Beauty, Lancome, Maybelline, Motorola, Victoria's Secret, Nike, Under Armour, and more. Violetta remains close to her heritage and supports numerous causes related to Ukraine. She's also a proponent of environmental conservation, having participated in ocean cleanups and wildlife protection initiatives.
